Autismevriendelijke tandheelkunde: een noodzakelijke impuls

Omschrijving

De Nederlandse Vereniging voor Kindertandheelkunde (NVVK) en de Vereniging tot Bevordering der Tandheelkundige Gezondheid voor Gehandicapten (VBTGG) hebben in 2013 de NVVk/VBTGG werkgroep 'autismevriendelijke tandheelkunde' ingesteld. De werkgroep heeft als belangrijkste taak met initiatieven te komen om de tandheelkundige zorg voor mensen met een autismespectrumstoornis (ASS), met/zonder verstandelijke beperking, een (forse) impuls te geven. The Dutch Association of Paediatric Dentistry (NVVK) and the The Dutch Society for Special Care Dentistry (VBTGG) installed in 2013 the NVVK / VBTGG working group 'autism friendly dentistry'. The working group has as main task to come with initiatives to give the dental care for people with autism spectrum disorder (ASD), with / without intellectual, disabilities a (substantial) boost.
